We will take you through the building process and explain how permits work, give you advice on the design and the style of your house or building project and the materials needed for it.
We'll also give you advice on the common pitfalls of building and renovating and talk you through each stage - from planning to completion.
Quotation & Fixed Price Contraction & Fixed Price
At Corica Constructions, there are no hidden costs! Once your design is finalised, we give you a fully itemised quote and provide you with options for different materials and design features.
Once the specification documents and the contract have been finalised, the price is fixed. Everything is specified clearly on the quote and contract prior to work commencing, so there is no need to worry about cost overruns.
We want you to have the house you want, so of course the plans are flexible, however there may be extra charges if you would like to make changes to the plans or materials once building has commenced.
Project Management
We offer complete project management for your build, renovation or extension from concept to completion.
We have assembled a dedicated, experienced team of full time employees and well known sub-contractors who have worked with Corica Constructions on past projects. Our workers are chosen because they understand our promise to our customers and work to our exacting high standards.
We project-manage the whole build from the pouring of the slab through to the landscaping and interior fit-outs, keeping you fully informed at all stages of the process.
Concreting & Brick Laying Contractors
We specialise in the block construction of single-storey and double-storey homes and our brick and block layers are qualified in all aspects of concreting and bricklaying.
We can handle any concreting you may require around your home or business from concrete placement to concrete finishing, we can give your home an instant makeover with driveways and paths that stand out from the rest, attractive concrete pool surrounds or concrete patios finished in a range of colours and patterns.
We carry out basic structural brick and block work as well as decorative brickwork. Whether it's for a new house construction or a garden retaining wall or a feature entrance wall.
